A collection of seven short stories, three of which were specially drawn for the tankoubon release: • Mashoujo (魔少女) A bittersweet story about a sensible teacher and delinquent student and the difference between romantic feelings and love. • Short Hair no Niau Hito (ショートヘアの似合うヒト) The main character goes on a trip to Northern Europe with her friend and the senior she had a crush on in high school. Her love was never requited, but even now, she still has not forgotten her feelings for her... • Sekai no Owari to Keiko to Fuuko (世界の終わりとケイコとフーコ) A story of jealousy and the desire to monopolise. • Numa, Kurayama, Yoru no Mori (沼、暗闇、夜の森) Kiko can see ghosts, and much prefers communicating with them than with real people, but has a crush on a living girl, Isotani. • Suwako-san to Date (スワコさんとデート) - bonus A side story linked to the main couple from Suwako-san to Uchuu Ryouko, a one-shot recorded in Sakamoto Mano's previous Yuri Hime collection, Pai o Agemasho, Anata ni Pai o ne . • Shitagi Doori (下着通り) - bonus A light-hearted comedy about people not being able to pass unless dressed only in their underwear. But for some reason, the main couple have forgotten to put their bras on...?! • Kenka (ケンカ) - bonus A lesbian couple quarrel by attacking each other with phallic objects.
Based on the popular yuri OVA series, which is about the relationship between two fraternal twins and their daily life. Yukino and Kanade continue their schooling, and Kanade takes a late night art class in preparation for her future. As before, she usually ends up fooling around and drawing her sister in strange poses before finally getting her work done. Kanade begins to question the feelings she has for Yukino... does she feel a pure sisterly love for her, or are her feelings more perverted?
Phryne was a lesbian magazine that only lasted for two issues (one came out in June 1995, the other in November 1995). It contained articles, short stories, manga, essays, and the like. We'll be scanlating the manga from the first issue. Two manga from Phryne are commercially available from ALC Publishing: "My Sister's Wedding" (printed in Works) and Rica 'tte Kanji! "Let's Return to the Forest," by Nemoto Yue, is a nearly textless manga about a pair of girls having a picnic in a forest. "Community News," by Saitou Emi and the Heisei Community Committee, is a 4-panel manga strip. In "P=NP?," by Taroh Amaguri, Eriko wonders if Shino is just going out with her so that Eriko will do her homework for her. "Ririka and Chihiro's Exciting Life," by Otokuni Momo, is another 4-panel manga strip. ~Lililicious
