Kasukabe Koukou Josou-bu is a part of a series of oneshots of the same name featured in the Josou Shounen comic anthologies. It follows Akira Komukai, a member of his high school's cross-dressing club, along with his childhood friend Minato Kasukabe and a third member, Hikaru Ayase.
This volume spinoff offers a new ending to the original series. Will Akira and Momoi switch back into each others bodies? Also included are a few one-shot stories.
