Kasukabe Koukou Josou-bu is a part of a series of oneshots of the same name featured in the Josou Shounen comic anthologies. It follows Akira Komukai, a member of his high school's cross-dressing club, along with his childhood friend Minato Kasukabe and a third member, Hikaru Ayase.
Hajime lives with the twin sisters of the family of the Komatsu shrine.
